Principal Architect and CEO of her boutique firm in Farmingdale, NY, a New York State-Certified Women-Owned Business Enterprise that specializes in residential architecture, interior design, and commercial fit outs on Long Island. With nearly 20 years of experience in architecture and construction, she led award-winning projects as Project Designer at H2M architects +engineers and managed multimillion-dollar capital projects as Owner's Representative at Northwell Health. A former Plans Examiner and current Code Enforcement Official, Jess brings deep expertise in New York State Building Codes. As a licensed New York Architect, active AIA Long Island member, and participant in the Women in Architecture Committee, she is dedicated to community-focused, sustainable design.
